Attempt at a conversation starter overheard (directed at the missus) in the pub last night:
"So how's it going with that thing you were going on about last time?"
Genius.

Actually I am reminded of a message someone took for me at the office: "some bloke called this morning, can't remember where he's from, said he'd call back. Cheers." Genius.
