Have you been out today?

Mr Nick Abadzis has a new website (not before time). Or perhaps he's had a website for ages and I only just found out about it. Who knows. In any case there's a stack of good stuff to be perused there, not least a vast archive of his Hugo Tate strips from the days of Deadline magazine. I confess I recall that strip with such fondness that I half expected to be disappointed by the reality of re-reading it years later but in fact the first one I took a look at this afternoon (this one) was actually better than I recalled. Beautifully paced, evocative and kind of wistful. Just lovely.
