Have you been out today?

So anyway, Tom Waits played his single UK date in London on Tuesday and I wasn't there. But I found out yesterday that talented cartoonist and former friend, Roger Langridge, was. Presumably he hadn't mentioned to me beforehand that he had a ticket for fear that I might have travelled to London, brutally slaughtered him and stolen it. A reasonable anxiety. Anyway, there's a slim chance that I may one day forgive him. We are both in reasonable health, we may just live that long.
